We offer a 5-day refund policy for all new purchases of paid plans.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 5 calendar days of the initial purchase of a paid plan.
- This policy applies to first-time purchases of each plan tier only.
- Refunds are not available for renewal payments or plan upgrades.
How to Request a Refund
- Email our support team at support@magicslides.app within 5 days of your purchase.
- Include your account email and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will process your request within 2 business days.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan upon processing of the refund.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
- For annual subscriptions, we offer pro-rated refunds if requested within the first 30 days.
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade in case you decide to resubscribe.
Free Plan
We offer a Free Plan that allows you to explore and test our core features before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to take advantage of this option to determine if our product meets your needs.
