Using the Presenter View in Google Slides allows you to view your speaker notes, see the current slide, and control the presentation while your audience sees only the slides. Here's how to use it:
Step 1: Open Your Presentation:
Open your presentation in Google Slides by going to slides.google.com and selecting your presentation.
Step 2: Start the Presentation:
Click the "Present" button in the top-right corner of the screen. This action will start your presentation in the default full-screen mode.
Step 3: Enter Presenter View:
To enter Presenter View, right-click on the slide you want to start from and select "Presenter View" from the context menu.
Alternatively, you can press the "P" key on your keyboard while in presentation mode.
Step 4: Presenter View Layout:
In the Presenter View, you will see three main sections:
The Current Slide: This is the slide currently visible to your audience.
Speaker Notes: The speaker notes associated with the current slide, if you've added any.
Presentation Controls: Tools to navigate through the slides, access additional options, and control the presentation.
Step 5: Navigate Through Slides:
Use the arrows in the Presentation Controls section to move forward or backward through your slides.
Click on a specific slide in the Presentation Controls to jump to that slide.
Step 6: End Presentation:
To exit Presenter View and return to the regular slide view, click the "Exit" button at the top of the Presenter View screen.
